WMGM Sporting provides personal training and development, and player management services, to amateur, semi professional and professional players across the West Midlands and Greater Manchester.
Offering one to one and group coaching, a football team playing competitive games during the season, The academy will also be offering CV checks and editing services, as well as Videos and picture packages!
WMGMSA is passionate about football, and strives to see players meet their goals and perform at their best. The Academy is offering its expertise and experience to those who are dedicated, talented, however lack motivation, personality, connections, or just that “one little thing” needed to get them to where they want to be.

Academy coach
Michael Fashanu is a personal development coach and mentor, who has been in the game of coaching for the last 6 years, Michael is experienced at getting the best out of players, through knowledgeable and tailored coaching and real life scenarios to help players not only develop but understand the game better. Previous experience coaching players of all levels from amateur to pro.
Team coach
Kadjaliou Diallo also known as ‘KD’ for short. KD has been into the game for quiet some time now. Though He never ended up playing at a high level he did see himself being in the top flight in some capacity hence his determination to get into the coaching. KD now study’s Football coaching and Performance Analysis to become a great coach in the future, applying his knowledge into his coaching application, helping players and team as a whole perform at their optimum.
Academy coach
Christopher Mitchell Is a driven accomplished football coach with proven record of helping players achieve their maximum potential. Committed to creating a positive environment that Foster to achieve success. Designing effective game plans, consisting of powerful defensive and offensive techniques.
Team Coach
Kai beckford Has been in the game for over 10 years previously playing for millwall football club and multiple non league teams previously working for numerous community programs to help develop youth football within the uk currently studying football coaching and performance analysis to widen his range of football knowledge and become a top football manager and coach.
